An average fitness level is needed as there are walkways and staircases between platforms. This activity is not suitable for those with a fear of heights, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or physical disabilities. Please consult your GP if unsure.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed, secure shoes (no slip-ons). Avoid skirts, dresses, and loose items that may fall into the forest, as retrieval is not possible.
